The Story
Designed for slow mornings and long evenings
Villa Yoma sits quietly above Kefalas village, where olive groves cascade toward the Cretan coast. Every surface — the cool cement underfoot, the hand-selected walnut, the open-plan kitchen that spills into the terrace — was shaped to dissolve the boundary between indoors and the landscape beyond.
Rattan pendant lights, terracotta tones, and natural stone create a warmth that feels both contemporary and deeply rooted in Cretan craft. Every choice was made with one vision in mind: merging modern design with the raw, timeless natural beauty of Crete and the Greek landscape.
"Architecture here does not compete with nature. It frames it — and then steps aside."
